We are looking for a driven customer Onboarding Specialist to Transfer Galaxy’s office in Örebro.

About the job:

As an Onboarding Specialist, you will be responsible for customer retention in the Somali community in Europe. Together with the Somali Community Manager, you will be one of the faces of the company and work with enhancing the customer experience to ensure customer loyalty.

As a Customer Onboarding Specialist, you will:

·        Call registered customers and help them in their onboarding process

·        Use your clear communication skills and patience to help customers

•    Identifying and assessing customer needs to ensure high customer satisfaction

•    Be part of the development of the routines and policies in customer service

Language skills:

•    Fluent in Somali, verbally and in writing

•    Good communication skills in English
