Do you have a passion for fashion? Are you driven, sales oriented and have a talent for product development or an eye for visuals? We are looking for Fashion Assistants Buyers for both stores and online markets! H&M Buying Office is a dynamic workplace where fast pace and rapid changes are a natural part of your working day. Strong communication skills and the ability to adapt to change are essential. What makes buying at H&M exciting?

At H&M it´s all about teamwork! You’ll be working at our Head Office in Stockholm together with Pattern Makers, Designers and Business Controllers, developing new collections for all H&M sales markets globally. In the role as a Fashion Assistant Buyer your responsibility areas are sample handling, order follow up and order quantification. You take part in the product development process, the assortment planning and building and you are a crucial part of the sales analysis and follow-up.

Are you the one we are looking for:

We’re looking for someone who has an eye for global commercial trends and a sixth sense for what will sell – all over the world. Driving sales is always our focus and that’s why you also need to be good at analyzing, planning, checking lead times and constantly searching for new sales opportunities.

We believe our next Assistant Buyer:

  • has passion for fashion
  • is an excellent team player with a positive attitude
  • is driven and sales oriented
  • has minimum one year experience of working in the retail industry
  • is analytic and has a sense for numbers
  • has a talent for product development or an eye for visuals

It’s an advantage if you also have:

  •  experience in buying
  •  experience in online business

This is a full-time position based in Stockholm. You are going to be employed by Novare Potential during the first year. We will interview on an ongoing basis, so please submit your application with your CV as soon as possible.
